Require a SharePoint site or team to have multiple owners

Sites or teams with single owners often run the risk of being orphaned when their owners leave the organization.

By ensuring that at least two or more owners are specified at the point of creation, this risk is reduced.

In SProbot, you can use the governance rules on a pipeline to require a certain number of owners when the request form for the pipeline is filled in.

Set the minimum number of owners

When creating a pipeline, during the Governance rules step, select the Minimum number of owners you would like to be enforced under the Ownership section.

When the workspace request form is filled in, the person submitting the request will need to choose at least the number of owners defined by the pipeline rule.
