With the Northern hemisphere starting to warm up, it's time for some spring cleaning. The latest updates to SProbot are all about clearing out the storage cobwebs and finding precious space to save to reduce cost and clutter.
Along with several performance improvements and small changes to usability, here is what you'll see in the latest release.
Version cleanup within Large file reports
Running a Large file report within a site (Directory > Site > Content) gives you the ability to find the total size of all versions of files over a size threshold, and then select to:
- Keep only the latest 5 versions
- Keep only the latest version
- Delete the file completely

Automatic sharing links and guest user reports
With each daily import, SProbot automatically generates a report of Sharing links and Guest users for each workspace. These reports can be found in the Security tab.

The Sharing links report displays the folder/file name, scope, link access type, invitees and who created it.

The Guest users report displays names, email addresses, membership methos and for how long users have existed in your tenant.

Large file reports display file extensions
You can now see the extensions of files in the large file report.

"Manage this workspace" shortcut from Cleanup tool results
When browsing preview dialogs in Cleanup tool results, you can directly navigate to the full management card for the workspace using the Manage this workspace button.

Restricted Site Access can be toggled on/off
If you have SharePoint Advanced Management, you can use the Security tab within a workspace to enable Restricted Access Control on a workspace.
